Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Kaci Kuykendall, DDS ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how information is handled on this website, drkacikuykendall.com. It applies to the website only; patient treatment records are governed by our office's separate Notice of Privacy Practices provided at the practice.

Information we collect

This website is built to collect as little as possible. We collect information in three limited situations:

  • Information you send us. If you call, email, or submit an appointment request form, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, contact information, and preferred appointment times. Appointment forms are provided through a HIPAA-oriented form vendor under a business associate agreement.
  • Optional analytics, with your consent. On general informational pages only, and only if you affirmatively allow it through our consent banner, we may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. Analytics never load on pages that could reveal a health interest, such as service, appointment, or gallery pages, regardless of your consent choice.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs, such as IP address and requested pages, for security and delivery purposes.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not run advertising pixels or social media trackers on health-related pages of this site.
  • We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to providing dental care and operating our practice.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out and optional analytics stay off without any action needed from you.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise any right, call us at (209) 667-0115 or send us an email . See also our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

Health information

Please do not send detailed health information through this website or by email. For anything confidential, call our office at (209) 667-0115. Health information you share as a patient of the practice is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law, including HIPAA and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act.

Data retention and security

Website inquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records required by law. We use HTTPS across the entire site and restrict access to inquiry information to office staff who need it.

Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. We are proud to treat young patients in the office, with a parent or guardian involved at every step.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy as our practices or the law change, and the date above will reflect the latest revision. Questions belong with a person, not a form: call (209) 667-0115, email us , or write to 1600 Colorado Ave, Building 3, Turlock, CA 95382.
